Answers To All Your Questions

HOW DO I SIGN UP AS A NEW CLIENT?

The first step is reaching out to us either by phone or through email. Next we will get you logged into our online scheduling system and have all paper work signed and filled out. Once you have an account you can request services at any time and before we start you will meet your walker/sitter.

ARE YOUR WALKERS BACKGROUND CHECKED?

Yes, all of our walkers and sitters are background checked and monitored on a consistent basis. Before being hired they go through several interviews and screenings.

IS THEIR A WAY TO TIP OUR WALKER/SITTER?

Yes, once you have an account in our scheduling system all of your invoices will be available either online or through the app. Before you pay by card a tipping option is available and you can tip your walker/sitter. Cash and check tips are also welcome.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY MAIN WALKER IS UNAVAILABLE?

When setting up you're walking schedule a primary walker and secondary walker will be assigned to you. If your main walker is sick or can not make it your secondary walker will fill in.

IS THEIR A CANCELATION POLICY?

Yes, if you cancel a service within 24 hours of the walker/sitter coming a $10 fee will be charged to your account. Cancelations can be requested through our scheduling system either online or through the app.

CAN YOU ADMINISTER MEDICATION FOR OUR PET WHEN WE ARE AWAY?

Yes, our sitters can all administer medication wether its a pill or liquid we simply ask the owner to provide us with detailed instructions on when and how to administer them.

HOW MANY HOUSE KEYS DO YOU NEED? CAN I USE A LOCKBOX?

For houses we ask for 3 sets of key, the primary and secondary walkers will each get a key and the third will be kept at our office. If you prefer to use a lockbox we simply ask that you share the code with each walker. If you live in an apartment we ask that you leave a spare key at the front desk, the walker will return it once she/he has finished the walk.

WILL I KNOW WHEN SOMEONE HAS COME TO TAKE CARE OF MY PET?

Yes, after each service is completed the walker will write a detailed note of how the walk went. These messages can be viewed and responded to through our scheduling system.

HOW CAN I SUPPORT WE CARE PET CARE LLC?

The best way to support us is to recomend us to your friends and neigbors and online through platforms such as Nextdoor. As well as when we begin fundraising for McDance-A-Thon a donation is always appreciated!
